Restaurant Terms & Conditions

A charge of £10 per person will be made on the card for no shows, and a charge of £10 per person on cancellations or changes to party sizes with less than 24 hours’ notice. Card details needed to guarantee your booking.

For bookings of 8 people or more, we require pre-ordering of the food. You can send your pre-order to us via the contact us page, or call us on (01344)674106. Minimum of 2 courses (Starter + Main or Main + Dessert) per person required. 

Important Dining Information

• We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time. 
• We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up-to-date.
• Your table will be booked for 2 hours.
• Due to allergy regulations, we are unable to permit outside food or drink on the premises, including celebration cakes. If you are planning a special occasion, please let us know in advance and we will be delighted to help make your celebration memorable.
