Our Restaurant

The owners dreamed of opening a restaurant but never imagined it would be inside an old bank.

When they discovered the historic building, with its towering columns and a vault door still standing strong, they knew it was fate. The Vault was born where rich heritage meets bold Mediterranean and Asian flavours.

Inside, the original bank vault now protects something far more valuable: a kitchen alive with creativity. The thick walls, once lined with safety deposit boxes, now resonate with laughter, clinking glasses, and the sizzle of mint-kissed lamb rump over smoky beetroot purée The chefs reimagine tradition like an orange blossom affogato weaving daring new twists into every dish.
